Cameras must be inoperative or fail the blurry image test to be eligible for warranty. All parts must be returned for analysis. If parts are found to be working as designed and trouble not found, a chargeback may be applied. Prior to camera replacement, please contact FCA Redacted Content. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.

CAMERA, Rear View Prior to replacing rear view camera for concern of blurry or fuzzy image, please make sure camera lens is clean and camera image does not change by wiggling rear view camera harness. If concern is still present, remove the camera and check the connector terminal for damage or water intrusion. Please document any findings in the repair notes.
