Pentastar Oil Filter Adapter All vehicles equipped with a 3.2L or 3.6L engine; If replacing the Oil Filter Adapter (OFA) due to a leak detected between OFA and block, an O-ring kit (68191356AA) is now available to repair OFA/Block Interface leaks. Using dye will assist in determining source of leak. Ensure OFA Cap Oring is seated in the proper groove in the cap and not damaged or cut. Engineering is seeking information regarding OFA leaks. Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find the following (DTCs) set in the PCM memory: · **P0456 - EVAP System Small Leak. · P0335 - Crankshaft Position Sensor Circuit. · P2610 - PCM Internal Engine Off Timer Performance.** · U0140 - Lost Communication With Body Control Module. Attempting to clear the DTC will be unsuccessful. · P0300 - Multiple Cylinder Misfire. · P0573 - Brake Switch 1 Stuck Off.
