26V5610002026-09-01. ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL (ESC). Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Chrysler Voyager, Chrysler Pacifica, and 2026 Chrysler Voyager Plug-In Hybrid Electric (PHEV) vehicles. The brake pedal position sensor capacitor may be cracked, which can cause a loss of electronic stability control. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 126, "Electronic Stability Control Systems." Built from 2025-06-28.
26V3580002026-06-02. AIR BAGS:FRONTAL. Braun Corporation (Braun) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. The spring inside the front seat harness connector may contact electrical terminals. Built 2026-05-07 to 2026-05-22.
26V1890002026-03-26. AIR BAGS:SIDE/WINDOW:CURTAIN. Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. The right and left side curtain air bags may have insufficient pressure retention. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 226, "Ejection Mitigation."
25V8760002025-12-17. EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY:WHEELCHAIR RESTRAINTS/SECUREMENT:LATCH/ANCHOR:. Rollx Vans (Rollx) is recalling certain GMC Yukon, Sierra, Chevrolet Express 2500, Ford Transit, E-250, Toyota Sienna, Sienna Hybrid, Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Town and Country, Voyager, Pacifica, Dodge Grand Caravan, and Ram Promaster vehicles equipped with QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. Please refer to Rollx's recall report for specific model year information. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

The right and left side curtain air bags may have insufficient pressure retention from improperly sealed seams. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 226, "Ejection Mitigation." Built 2024-12-08 to 2025-01-22.

The right and left side curtain air bags may have insufficient pressure retention from improperly sealed seams. 20253322025-06-16. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles converted for wheelchair access by BraunAbility, the occupant restraint tie-down pucks may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the tie-down pucks could become loose and detach in a crash. Safety Risk: Tie-down pucks that detach in a crash could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: BraunAbility will notify owners by mail and advise you to take you vehicle to a BraunAbility service center to inspect and, if necessary, tighten the occupant restraint tie-down pucks.
