08-022-19 REV. A2020-01-21. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:ELECTRICAL. UJQ without RS9 Radio Enhancements This bulletin involves inspecting and if required, updating the radio software level to 22.5. Customers may experience one or more of the following: Arabic language is missing. Navigation inoperable. Bottom menu bar of the radio is non responsive or frozen. After viewing the weather map following a flood advisory popup, the main soft key's at the bottom of the screen may not respond when pressed. Radio will not turn off. Poor AM/FM Reception. Radio may reset, turn itself off and then back on again. Radio display screen lock up. Park assist chime will continue to chime after the vehicle is turned off. Uconnect Live feature may not function properly.

24-012-192019-12-02. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:APPLIANCE:AIR CONDITIONER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE. Flash: HVAC System Enhancement This bulletin involves reprogramming the Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC)Module with new software. Customers may experience one of the following:Unpleasant odor in the vehicle after driving from highway speed limits back downto city speed limits. The left temperature door is inoperable(2014-2018 Vehicles Only). Updating the HVAC software will correct these conditions.

Use the wiTECH 2.0 and inspect the radio part number and serial number under the Radio/ECU Details tab. Please verify that the radio part number and/or serial number is not "FFFF".
