The Radio does not control phone/Hands Free functionality, it is separate from the radio, test and diagnose the Hands Free Module accordingly.~ Issue 2; Radio inoperative, no power, display no power or screen is blank.~ Blank Screen with Audio: The ICS is a separate module from the radio. If attempting to replace the display (ICS), do not order a radio part number. 90036962018-06-11. Service bulletin. STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR. Door Hinge Assembly Side door hinge noisy. Only replace the door hinge with the integral check device. Do not replace the simple hinge if it is not damaged it is not the source of the noise. Replacing it unnecessary and is an over-repair.

Rear Axle Assembly If replacing Limited Spin Differential (LSD)/Anti-Spin Differential rear axles for any reason, the Mopar replacement axle will need the oil drained and re-filled with oil PN: 68083381AA (which contains updated friction modifier). This change was recently introduced in production to help address axle noise concerns being reported from the field while the vehicle is performing tight turning maneuvers. Failure to do so may result in a customer returning with noise complaints. NOTE: If the Mopar replacement axle serial number is past the following dates below for the corresponding axle part numbers, DO NOT DRAIN AND REFILL. Flash: 6.4L Diagnostic And System Improvements This bulletin involves reprogramming of the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with the latest available software. A small number of customers may experience one or more of the following symptoms and/or a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs): · P1217 - Active Exhaust Valve 1 Performance. · P121B - Active Exhaust Valve 2 Performance. In addition, customers may also comment on the following: · Unable to accurately increase or decrease the cruise control set speed using the resume or set buttons while the instrument cluster is set on metric units. Instead of changing vehicle speed by 1 KPH when pressing the buttons, the vehicle speed will increase approximately 1.6 KPH. · Slight spark knock condition during aggressive high speed driving which may prevent the vehicle from achieving maximum top speed.

68277402A2018-06-11. Service bulletin. VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL:CRUISE CONTROL. Adaptive Cruise Control Sensor 1) If you are replacing this part due to the cluster displaying Clean Radar Sensor in Front of Vehicle or DTC C1266 ACC Sensor Blinded, please verify that there is no blockage in front of the sensor. Blockage can occur from mud, ice, snow, front end damage, bracket damage, the sensor not attached to the bracket properly or an aftermarket fascia installed. This fault can occur intermittently in muddy or icy/snowy conditions and is considered normal operation. Under some circumstances, a misaligned sensor can also cause the C1266 DTC, please complete an alignment procedure. No replacement is required.~ 2) If you are replacing this part due to the cluster displaying ?ACC/FCW Unavailable Service Required?, please check the DTC fault codes. This will indicate which module needs to be serviced (TCM, PCM, ESP/ABS, etc). This fault is not due to the ACC Sensor. No sensor replacement is required.~ 3) If you have fault code DTC C125E ACC Sensor Adjustment Required, please verify that the radar sensor is fully seated in the clips and there is no damage (if clips are damaged on a 2013 or earlier vehicle, order P/N 68085813A$, otherwise please replace the module), please verify there is no blockage to the sensor due to mud, ice, snow, front end damage, bracket damage or the sensor not attached to the bracket properly. Perform the Vertical Alignment and the Electronic Horizontal Alignments procedure as stated in the service manual. Please note, if the horizontal alignment procedure will not complete, check the vertical alignment and confirm that the sensor is seated properly. Rerun the horizontal alignment procedure. No sensor replacement is required. **Hints for running Horizontal Alignment procedure: A) Verify speed is between 45 and 75 mph, B) verify the road is relatively straight with signs, poles, guard rails, etc C) Do not tail a vehicle too closely this inhibits the learning procedure
