Panasonic 8.4" CTP/FCTP Radio, Update Failure Issue 1: Hand Free Module inoperative, can't pair phone: - Do not replace the radio for phone issues. The Radio does not control phone/Hands Free functionality, it is separate from the radio, test and diagnose the Hands Free Module accordingly.~ Issue 2; Radio inoperative, no power, display no power or screen is blank.~ Blank Screen with Audio: The ICS is a separate module from the radio. If attempting to replace the display (ICS), do not order a radio part number. Instead, order p/n Z5064993A$ for an exchange or 05064993A$ for a new part replacement.~ Issue 3.; If the radio ICS/touchscreen display appears to reset intermittently, it turns white then black and functionality returns....Please contact Leony Gonzalez at cell (248) 736-1267 or Dave Clemons at cell (248) 520-0419. Engineering is currently root causing this issue and your assistance is greatly appreciated. If unable to reach this person within 15 minutes, then proceed with the necessary repair. Recommended Brands: Wix, Purolator, and NapaGold For concerns of V8 oil filter leaks on 22MY and up vehicles: 1. Clean the area and use oil dye to know the exact location of the leak with black/UV light. 2. Removal torque (force needed to loosen the filter) 3. If the source of the leak cannot be identified, please contact FCA Redacted Content to FasTrak parts back for analysis. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair and email pictures of the following: A) Oil filter from the bottom to know if it has a "Factory Installed" filter. B) Leak. C) Damage in filter (if any) D) Gasket. E) Block or Oil Filter Adapter(OFA) or Engine Oil Cooler(EOC) sealing surface.

Trans Oil Pan, Heater Tube or O-ring, Heater Applies to vehicles equipped with 8 speed transmissions only; If you have a leak that appears to be at the pan the use of proper leak detection is recommended. The fluid in the 8 speeds can be detected with a black light and there are aftermarket spray on leak detection materials to help ensure that the leak is properly diagnosed and not from another location such as cooler lines, heater tubes, or case porosity. If you have a leak concern please note that the transmission pan gasket is available for many of the 8 speed applications FCA offers. See your parts specialist for the proper gasket for the repair.

051520292022-10-17. Service bulletin. VISIBILITY/WIPER. Washer Fluid Level Sensor Prior to replacing this part due to "Low Washer Fluid" tell tale light on the dash and the washer fluid bottle is full, please perform the this inspection. Inspect the sensor for a fluid coating on the sensor pins. Orange colored rain repellant can cause this fluid build-up. Clean the pins, drain the reservoir, and fill with Mopar approved washer fluid. Check to determine if the issue has been resolved. Continue with repair if necessary. Also, please inform the customer not to use Rain-X in the system to avoid this issue.
