THE FIRST PHASE WAS LOADED NOVEMBER 23, 2013 AND CONSISTED OF APPROXIMATELY 10,000 VEHICLES. THE BALANCE OF THE INVOLVED VINS WILL BE LOADED INTO IVH ON DECEMBER 13, 2013. THIS PHASE CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY 42,000 VINS."
