United States: NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19
07V4820002007-10-16. EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HEADLIGHTS. ON CERTAIN VEHICLES LOCATED IN GUAM AND SAIPAN, THE HEADLAMP LOW BEAM OR DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT (DRL) FUNCTION MAY BE INOPERATIVE DUE TO A MELTED SPLICE PACK (S201) ON THE IP HARNESS. Built 2004-10-14 to 2006-01-05.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20141822014-05-21. Electrical. On certain vehicles, heat generated within the headlamp switch and/or daytime running light (DRL) module could melt the headlamp switch or DRL module and cause a fire, which may result in injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will inspect, and if necessary replace the DRL module and the headlamp switch and install a relay in the headlamp circuit.
20122752012-08-13. Lights And Instruments. On certain vehicles, an instrument panel harness connector could melt, which may cause a loss of headlamp function. Loss of headlamp illumination, should it occur during a rainy/snowy day, or during hours of darkness, could compromise the driver’s ability to see the road and its users, which could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will remove the harness connector and permanently join the wires.
20122742012-08-13. Lights And Instruments. On certain vehicles, the Daytime Running Lamp (DRL) module may fail, causing one or more of the following conditions: the DRLs may flicker but remain illuminated; the DRL indicator in the instrument panel may flash; the DRLs may remain illuminated after the vehicle is turned OFF; the DRLs may cease to function and the DRL indicator in the instrument panel will turn OFF. A loss of DRL illumination could render the vehicle less visible to other motorists and pedestrians during daylight hours, which could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the DRL module, if the above condition exists, for a period of up to 10 years or 240,000 km from first vehicle registration.
20073152007-09-28. Lights And Instruments. Certain vehicles may experience a loss of headlamp low beam or Daytime Running Light (DRL) function as a result of a melted instrument panel harness connector. Low beam failure would lead to reduced visibility during hours of darkness. DRL failure may render the vehicle less visible to other motorists and pedestrians during daylight hours. Both cases could lead to a vehicle crash with injury or death. Correction: Dealers will add a direct connection splice clip to the headlamp low beam circuit in order to bypass the faulty connector.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
