| 1994137 | 1994-08-29. Suspension. On certain G3 vehicles, the lower control arms could develop a crack in the flange end of the control arm near the ball joint pad. With continued use, the crack could propagate to the ball joint mounting hole resulting in the separation of the ball joint from the control arm. This could result in loss of steering control and a crash without prior warning. Correction: A reinforcement brace will be installed on each of the front lower control arms. |

| 1994065 | 1994-03-28. Suspension. Certain G2 vehicles may have been built with an incorrect spare wheel which was specified for use with a G1 model van. The use of the incorrect spare wheel at a regular wheel position could, under certain loading conditions, eventually cause wheel cracking and possible wheel separation. This could result in loss of vehicle control and a crash without prior warning. Correction: Vehicles will be inspected and correct wheel installed if necessary. |
A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
