23V2470002023-04-06. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING. General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2003-2023 Chevrolet Express Cutaway and GMC Savana Cutaway incomplete vehicles equipped with wiring for an optional rear heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system. When the HVAC blower motor circuit is left unused with exposed connectors and wiring, the circuit can corrode and overheat.
18V2670002018-04-26. EQUIPMENT. General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2009-2014 Chevrolet Silverado HD and GMC Sierra HD, 2009 GMC Topkick 5000, 6000, 7000 and 8000 Series and Isuzu F Series, and 2009-2018 Chevrolet Express, and GMC Savana vehicles, equipped with certain Plastic-Handle Fire Extinguishers or Push Button 'Pindicator' Fire Extinguishers. These extinguishers may become clogged, preventing the extinguisher from discharging as expected or requiring excessive force to activate the extinguisher. Additionally, in certain models, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with enough force that it could cause injury and also render the product inoperable. For a full list of the affected fire extinguisher models visit: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/2017/RMISC-17E062-5427.pdf Built 2008-09-09 to 2018-03-23.
14V7060002014-11-05. EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY. Cummings Mobility Conversion & Supply (Cummings) is recalling certain model year 2006-2014 Ford E-150, E-250, E-350, Chevrolet Express, 2006-2008 Dodge Sprinter, and 2009-2014 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and 2013 Ford Transit Connect vehicles manufactured January 1, 2006, to October 8, 2014, equipped with certain model S2005, S2010, S5005, S5010, S5505, and S5510 wheelchair lifts manufactured by Ricon Corporation after January 1, 2006. The platform side plate of the affected wheelchair lifts may crack. Built 2006-01-01 to 2014-10-08.
14V1170002014-03-17. AIR BAGS:FRONTAL. General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain model year 2009-2014 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vans manufactured January 27, 2009, through March 7, 2014 with a gross vehicle weight rating of 10,000 pounds and less and equipped with front passenger air bags. In the affected vehicles, during a frontal impact below the air bag deployment threshold, if an unbelted front passenger's head hits the instrument panel above where the passenger air bag is located, the panel may not sufficiently absorb the impact. As such, these vehicles fail to meet the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 201, "Occupant Protection in Interior Impact." Built 2009-05-05 to 2010-09-01.
12V1690002012-04-17. EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY. MAIN MOBILITY IS RECALLING CERTAIN CONVERSION VANS BUILT ON MODEL YEAR 2008-2010 CHEVROLET EXPRESS, 2009 GMC SAVANA, AND 2010 FORD TRANSIT CONNECT CHASSIS, AND FITTED WITH CERTAIN BRAUN WHEELCHAIR LIFTS. 10V1380002010-04-06. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:ALTERNATOR/GENERATOR/REGULATOR. GENERAL MOTORS HAS NOTIFIED NHTSA OF A DEFECT IN CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010 CHEVROLET EXPRESS AND GMC SAVANA VANS 2500, 3500 AND 4500 SERIES. SOME OF THESE VEHICLES HAVE A CONDITION IN WHICH THE GENERATOR MAY DEVELOP A LOW RESISTANCE SHORT WITHIN THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR. Built 2010-02-01 to 2010-03-20.
10V0960002010-03-12. VISIBILITY:DEFROSTER/DEFOGGER/HVAC SYSTEM. THESE VEHICLES WERE BUILT WITH HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) CONTROL KNOBS THAT MAY FRACTURE AND SPIN ON THE CONTROL SHAFT. THE DRIVER MAY NO LONGER BE ABLE TO CONTROL THE HEATING, COOLING, AND VENTILATION FOR THE VEHICLE. Built 2009-07-27 to 2009-08-31.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20232102023-04-06. Electrical. Issue: On certain vehicles, an unused wiring harness for a rear HVAC blower motor, located in the left B-pillar area, could become damaged if exposed to moisture or contaminants. If this happens, the wires could short circuit. Note: This recall only affects cutaway chassis incomplete vehicles. Safety Risk: A short circuit can create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: General Motors will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your vehicle to a dealership to seal the wiring for the rear HVAC blower motor at the left B-pillar.
20140832014-03-18. Seats And Restraints. Certain vehicles may not comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 201 - Occupant Protection. During a frontal impact below the airbag deployment threshold, if an unbelted front passenger's head were to impact the instrument panel where the passenger airbag is located, it could decelerate at a rate higher than what is allowable by the standard. This could increase the risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will install energy absorbing trim pieces on the passenger side of the instrument panel, and on 2012-2014 model year 1500 series vehicles, dealers will also replace the front passenger seat belt retractor.
20102312010-07-15. Electrical. On certain Express and Savana 2500, 3500 and 4500 vehicles equipped with a 145 Amp alternator, a low resistance short could develop within the voltage regulator. In some cases, if the circuit does not open, the low resistance short could eventually generate enough heat to result in an engine compartment fire causing property damage or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace alternator. Note: This recall supersedes recall 2010106.
20101062010-04-06. Electrical. Certain vehicles equipped with a 145 amp alternator may develop a low resistance short within the voltage regulator. In some cases, if the circuit does not open, the low resistance short could eventually generate enough heat to result in an engine compartment fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the alternator. Note: This recall is superseded by recall 2010231.
20100722010-03-11. Heater And Defroster. Certain vehicles were built with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) control knobs that may fracture and spin on the control shaft. If this happens, the driver may no longer be able to control the heating, cooling, and ventilation for the vehicle. This may affect the defrost system, decreasing driver visibility, and creating the risk of a crash causing property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace all HVAC control knobs.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
