Service bulletins for the 2020 Chevrolet 3500
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| N222394260 | 2023-03-28. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY. Emission Recall. General Motors has decided to conduct a Voluntary Emissions Recall on certain vehicles with a 6.6L gasoline engine (RPO L8T). In certain vehicles, water may enter the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor and cause it to fail. If this condition occurs, the Malfunction Indicator Light (Check Engine Light) will illuminate, a diagnostic trouble code will set, and the engine may run rough or be difficult to start. Dealers are to replace the MAF sensor and wrap the connecting harness with Tesa tape. |
