Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20243592024-06-20. Lights And Instruments. Issue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the tell-tales for the turn signals, hazard warning lights and/or high beams to not appear on the instrument panel. As a result, the vehicles may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations. Safety Risk: Tell-tales that don't display could cause you not to be aware that a turn signal, hazard warning lights and/or high beams are activated which could create confusion for others and cause reduced visibility and/or glare for oncoming drivers. These issues could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: General Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the instrument cluster software.
20235492023-10-12. Structure. Issue: On a small number of vehicles, the windshield may not be attached properly. As a result, the glass can become loose and could separate from the vehicle. Note: You may notice wind noise while driving or a water leak from the windshield. Safety Risk: A windshield that detaches in a crash could create an increased risk of injury. Additionally, a windshield that detaches from a moving vehicle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Action: General Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect, and if necessary, remove and reinstall the windshield. If the windshield is damaged, it will be replaced.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
