Service bulletins for the 2021 Cadillac Escalade

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

1219 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

PIT5569B2022-08-15. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT; SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:ANTILOCK:WHEEL SPEED SENSOR. This Preliminary information communicates direction and examples when diagnosing multiple DTCs, one of which includes U**** Byte 71 DTC.
N2023173902020-11-30. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:ANTILOCK:CONTROL UNIT/MODULE; EQUIPMENT. Customer Satisfaction Program - Certain vehicles may have a condition in which the brake system control module (BSCM) may set and latch an internal fault in the module?s on-board diagnostics (OBD) buffer. When the fault is present, no malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) is illuminated and there is no driver information center (DIC) message. If an over the air (OTA) software update is pushed to an OBD module and the customer accepts it through the Infotainment system, the update will fail because the presence of the active fault will block the OTA update. The customer may notice that the OTA update has failed with an error message on the DIC. This fault is not visible through dealer tools. Dealers are to reprogram the BSCM.

The summaries are NHTSA's. Each bulletin's page links NHTSA's copy of the manufacturer's document.
