| 24V096000 | 2024-02-09. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL; SEAT BELTS:FRONT. Bugatti is recalling certain 2016-2023 Bugatti Chiron vehicles. The audible chime may not activate when the vehicle starts, and the driver has not buckled their seat belt. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection." Built 2016-07-21 to 2023-12-01. |

| 2024120 | 2024-02-23. Seats And Restraints. Issue: On certain vehicles, the seat belt reminder chime may not work when you start the vehicle and your seat belt is not buckled. Canadian regulations require both a seat belt reminder sound and visual telltale when a driver is not wearing their seat belt. Safety Risk: A seat belt warning that doesn't work correctly may not remind you to buckle your seat belt. Not wearing your seat belt can increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Bugatti will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the instrument cluster software. |

Safety Risk: A tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Bugatti will notify the owner by mail and arrange for replacement of the rear tires. |
