B3209162018-11-05. Service bulletin. STEERING. GROANING/CRACKING NOISE DURING STEERING. A significant cracking noise/groaning noise coming from the area of the steering shaft/steering column while steering. Steering shaft double cross joint.
B3205162018-11-05. Service bulletin. STEERING. Erroneous Electric Power Steering (EPS) Fault This Service Information bulletin supersedes SI 32 05 16 dated April 2016. INFORMATION This is an erroneous fault! After a terminal status change, the fault disappears until the next diagnostic session. Do not replace any parts as this will not provide a resolution. This erroneous fault will be eliminated after programming with ISTA/P 3.59.4 (I-Level S15A 16-07-506) or ISTA NEXT 4.01.20 (I levelS15A-16-17-506) or a higher version. ISTA/P 3.59.4 and 4.01.20 have been available since August 2016.
B6619162018-11-05. Service bulletin. STEERING; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. TRAFFIC JAM ASSISTANT BECOMES INOPERATIVE DURING USE. The Traffic Jam Assistant becomes inoperative while driving. Vibration actuator causes inadvertent contact between steering wheel trim and steering wheel, changing capacitance of steering wheel beyond acceptable parameters for Hands-Off detection.

Windshield wipers are always on regardless of the switch position Turn signals and horn are also non-functional. Possibilities include: Faulty steering column switch cluster. Faulty plug connection at switch cluster. Wiring error on switch cluster plug. Damaged wiring harness to the switch cluster.
