This has led to increased demands being placed on the battery. This document covers important information for the dealer on how to handle “discharged battery” complaints.

The new ISTA Version is also able to be used in case of a Remote Software Upgrade (RSU) programming failure to get the customer car reprogrammed on site. In case of a Remote Software Upgrade failure, the engine start is prevented for safety reasons until the vehicle is programmed correctly. Most of the errors occur when only one control unit fails to program correctly.

MC6103212022-05-16. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY. The motorcycle will not start. The vehicle battery is empty even though the battery charger was permanently connected to the 12V power socket.
