According to the customer, the airbag warning light was on, but it may not be illuminated when the vehicle arrives in the workshop. 1. ACSM fault code "930A60 - Seat occupancy detection, front passenger; malfunction" is stored. The fault may or may not currently be present. Or 2. ACSM fault code "930A1C - Front passenger seat occupancy detection transmitting fault(moisture)" is stored. The fault may or may not currently be present.
B5215192019-11-18. Service bulletin. SEATS. FRONT SEAT HAS SIDE TO SIDE PLAY AND CAN MAKE NOISES WHEN CORNERING. Either or both of the front seats has side to side (lateral) play, and can make noises when cornering.

B5201162018-12-10. Service bulletin. SEATS. Front Seat Backrests Vibrates on Rough Roads. Both front seat backrests vibrate and rattle while driving over rough roads with the seat in an unloaded condition (no pressure applied on the backrest). Play at the inner backrest pivot point.
6521132018-11-13. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; SEATS. When Unlocking with Comfort Access the Outside Door Mirrors Are in the Wrong Position. The vehicle is locked with one remote key and then enters sleep mode. The vehicle is then unlocked using one of the outside door handles with the second remote key. The outside door mirrors do not move to the correct position. The seats do move into the correct position. CAUSE Software error in driver's seat module
