A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Workshop findings - DTC P103A00 evident - Engine Oil Fuel Portion Too High (Figure 2) Smell of fuel in the engine oil Technical background: The warning is caused by the level of unburnt fuel in the engine oil. This value is calculated by the Engine Control Module (ECM) and is based on the driver usage pattern The more cold starts the Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) is exposed to the higher the chance of fuel making its way into the engine oil via the cylinders When the fuel calculation reaches the pre-programmed amount this then causes the DTC to be triggered

2058516/32021-10-06. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; EQUIPMENT. Ticking noise from the rear cabin area Customer statement / workshop findings: Ticking noise can be heard from inside the rear of the cabin when sitting in the rear seats Technical background: The noise can be heard when the engine is at operating temperature, after a drive cycle or an extended idle period, the noise is most evident with the armrest lowered with all electrical consumers switched off. The ticking noise occurs when the purge system is in operation, the vibrations emitted from the purge valve are then amplified through the fuel pipes to the rear of the vehicle. This is normal operation and no further investigation work is required as the vehicle is operating to specification.
