22V5670002022-08-03. STRUCTURE:BODY:TAILGATE. Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Audi) is recalling one 2022 Audi SQ5 Sportback vehicle. The connections that join the metal sheets to form the rear lid may have been improperly connected.
21V9470002021-12-08. STRUCTURE:BODY; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:BODY CONTROL MODULE/BCM. Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Audi) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Q5 Sportback, SQ5 Sportback, 2018-2022 Q5, and SQ5 vehicles. A liquid spill in the rear seat, or water ingress from an insufficient body seam underneath the vehicle may allow liquid to penetrate the gateway control module, causing it to shutdown.
Canada: Transport Canada, as of 2026-10-19
20224552022-08-03. Structure. Issue: On a small number of Q5 Sportback and SQ5 Sportback models, the rear hatch lid may not have been manufactured correctly. As a result, the latch could break or detach in a crash and allow the rear hatch to deform more than it is designed to. Safety Risk: A rear hatch that deforms too much during a crash could lead to an increased risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Audi will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the rear hatch lid.

A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
