(Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2013-2018 Audi S6 and S7, 2012-2018 A7 and A6 Sedan, and 2014-2018 RS7 vehicles equipped with basic seats (with or without heating). | 18V096000 | 2018-02-07. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:LABELS. Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2014-2015 Audi S7 and 2016-2018 RS7 vehicles. The tire information label on these vehicles incorrectly lists the combined maximum weight as 1146 lbs/520 kg, when the correct combined maximum weight is actually 992 lbs/450 kg. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims." Built 2013-07-25 to 2015-01-17. |
| 13V450000 | 2013-09-23. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS. Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain model year 2013-2014 Audi S6 and S7 vehicles equipped with 4.0L engines. Due to manufacturing tolerance issues, a fuel line may leak fuel. Built 2012-06-25 to 2013-09-06. |
| 2022133 | 2022-03-23. Engine. Issue: On certain vehicles, the oil strainer for the turbocharger oil supply could get blocked. If this happens, a turbocharger could fail. This could cause loss of engine power and/or cause the engine to stall. Note: This problem could cause different warning messages to display or the engine oil warning light to turn on. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Audi will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the oil strainer for the turbocharger oil supply. The dealer will also inspect and document the performance of the boost pressure system and change the engine oil. |

| 2018075 | 2018-02-07. Label. Certain vehicles may not comply with Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations. The tire certification label may bear incorrect Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) information. The label incorrectly states "520 kg" (1146 lbs) instead of the correct "450 kg" (992 lbs). If an owner were to rely on the incorrect values, it could lead to premature tire failure and vehicle overloading, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will apply a revised certification label with the correct values. |
| 2013320 | 2013-09-23. Fuel System. On certain vehicles, due to a manufacturing defect, a fuel line can become damaged over time and could leak fuel. Leaking fuel, in the presence of an ignition source, could lead to a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel line if necessary. |
A campaign lists a year, a make and a model, and often only some of the vehicles built. A list with nothing on it is not a clearance either. The lookups below check one VIN.
