A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

In addition, Skype®, or another network-based communication software, is installed on the phone. Call can be placed directly from the phone without a problem. | A171449 2028440- | 2017-11-08. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 17 number 12-26 dated January 20, 2012. When the vehicle is completely refueled, the vehicle range (?distance to empty?) that is displayed is different than the vehicle range that was displayed the last time the vehicle was completely refueled. The displayed vehicle range drops inconsistently. After the vehicle is refueled, the displayed vehicle range does not change for a long period of time. When the vehicle is driven on hilly roads for a long period of time, the displayed vehicle range suddenly changes by a significant amount. There are no DTCs related to fuel senders stored in the instrument cluster control module, J285 (address word 17). This condition does not involve or affect the accuracy of the fuel level indicator, but only the estimated distance to empty display on the on-board computer. |

| A171448 2036194- | 2017-11-08. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. The dashboard lights and controls may briefly flicker under hard acceleration after downshifting or when the engine is revved while the vehicle is stationary. The issue does not occur during normal driving, and all instrumentation continues to operate correctly. During periods of low electrical load (and especially when the battery is fully charged), the energy spike generated by the alternator due to the rapid increase in engine speed cannot be completely absorbed by the vehicle electrical system. This leads to a voltage increase that can cause some modules to initiate overvoltage protection. The condition is very brief and is considered normal. |
