Service bulletins for the 2015 Audi Q7
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| A261526 2038295- | 2018-03-13. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 26 number 14-24 dated September 16, 2014. There are ?Refill AdBlue? warnings in the cluster. The warnings appear approximately 1,500 - 2,500 miles after the last top-off. When the AdBlue tank is refilled, the vehicle will only accept approximately 1 - 2 gallons of reductant. When checked manually, the active tank is 50% full or less and the passive tank is full. There are no reductant system fault codes stored. If any reductant system fault codes are stored, this TSB does not apply. The reducing agent transfer pump V436 may be faulty. The vehicle cannot pump AdBlue from the passive tank to the active tank. Cars in hot weather regions are more prone to this issue. |

| A201440 2033836- | 2017-12-05. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY:FILLER PIPE AND CAP; FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 20 number 13-26 dated May 15, 2013. Customer states that the vehicle cannot be refueled due to difficulty inserting the fuel pump nozzle into the filler neck. Customer may also state that the flap is stuck in a locked position and it cannot be moved with fingers. |
| A201559 2011703- | 2017-11-17. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL; FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 20 number 13-29 dated November 15, 2013. The fuel tank has been removed from the vehicle and must be neutralized before shipment or disposal. When the fuel tank in a vehicle is replaced, the original tank must be properly flushed to neutralize the remaining gasoline or diesel fuel. |
| A171568 2028440- | 2017-11-17. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL; FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 17 number 14-49 dated April 3, 2014. When the vehicle is completely refueled, the vehicle range (?distance to empty?) that is displayed is different than the vehicle range that was displayed the last time the vehicle was completely refueled. The displayed vehicle range drops inconsistently. After the vehicle is refueled, the displayed vehicle range does not change for a long period of time. When the vehicle is driven on hilly roads for a long period of time, the displayed vehicle range suddenly changes by a significant amount. There are no DTCs related to fuel senders stored in the instrument cluster control module, J285 (address word 17). This condition does not involve or affect the accuracy of the fuel level indicator, but only the estimated distance to empty display on the on-board computer. |
| A011309 2014753- | 2017-11-17. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 00 number 10-01 dated February 5, 2010. Excessive accumulation of deposits on intake valves, intake manifold, fuel injectors and combustion chambers. Engine runs rough after cold start. Excessive engine cranking time. Hesitations while driving. Rough engine idle. Reduced engine performance. Poor fuel economy. Conditions may be severe enough to illuminate the MIL in conjunction with storage of DTCs for misfire (example: P0300, P030x) and / or lean fuel system (example: P0171, P0174, P1128, P1130, P1136, P1138) in the engine control module (ECM). Condition may be caused by use of contaminated gasoline. Condition may be caused by use of gasoline with a low content of deposit control additives. |
| A011455 2036169- | 2017-11-08. Service bulletin. ENGINE; FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:FUEL PUMP. The MIL is on. DTC P0087 may be stored in the ECM. Drivability concerns such as hard starting/no starting are present. Outside temperature is sub-freezing. In tank, fuel pump may be making a straining noise. Diesel fuel requires additive blending or ?winterization? to be useable at low temperatures. At temperatures below 20° F (-7° C), No. 2 Diesel with insufficient winterization blending may lose its fluidity due to wax separation. This may clog the fuel filter or in-tank filter, preventing the engine from operating properly. No. 2 Diesel is blended by refineries to various levels of winterization (minimum useable temperature) based on month, geographical location, and the 10th percentile minimum ambient air temperature for the given region. Although rare, during sudden periods of extreme low temperatures (record lows), fuel stations may not be adequately prepared with No. 2 Diesel fuel with sufficient winterization to resist wax formation or ?gelling?. |
| A231535 2036668- | 2017-10-27. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 01 number 14-75 dated March 20, 2014. The MIL is on. No start or rough running. One or more DTCs are stored in the engine control module. When diagnosing a MIL on, no-start, or rough running concern on a common rail diesel vehicle, and no root cause is found after checking all other components and following all GFF diagnostic procedures, it may be necessary to check for metallic particles in the High Pressure Fuel Pump. |
| A011514 2014753- | 2017-10-21. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 01 number 13-09 dated June 21, 2013. The use of contaminated gasoline or gasoline with a low content of deposit control additives may result in excessive accumulation of deposits on intake valves, intake manifold, fuel injectors, and combustion chambers, engine running rough after cold start, excessive engine cranking time, hesitations while driving, rough engine idle, Reduced engine performance, and/or Poor fuel economy. Conditions may be severe enough to illuminate the MIL in conjunction with storage of DTCs for misfire, lean fuel system, or air/fuel ratio imbalance in the engine control module. Condition may be caused by use of contaminated gasoline. Condition may be caused by use of gasoline with a low content of deposit control additives. |
| A011505 2036169- | 2017-10-21. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:FUEL PUMP; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:STARTER ASSEMBLY. The MIL is on due to a Fuel Rail/System Pressure Too Low DTC stored in the ECM. Drivability concerns such as hard starting/no starting are present. Fuel pump may be making a straining noise. Outside temperature is sub-freezing. This issue is related to the diesel fuel and not a technical problem with the vehicle. |
| Scheduled Maint | 2017-10-21. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, OTHER:FUEL FILTER. Fuel Filter ? replace: Added A3 2.0L TDI |
