Service bulletins for the 2009 Audi Q7

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

700 on file from NHTSA, as of 2026-10-19.

011469203666812022-10-31. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL; FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. When diagnosing the condition listed above on a common rail diesel vehicle, if no root cause is found after all GFF diagnostic procedures have been performed, it may be necessary to check for metallic particles in the high pressure fuel pump using the procedure in the Service section of this bulletin.
011462203616932022-10-31. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE; FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL. In tank, fuel pump may be making a straining noise. Diesel fuel requires additive blending or ?winterization? to be useable at low temperatures. At temperatures below 20° F (-7° C), No. 2 Diesel with insufficient winterization blending may lose its fluidity due to wax separation. This may clog the fuel filter or in-tank filter, preventing the engine from operating properly. No. 2 Diesel is blended by refineries to various levels of winterization (minimum useable temperature) based on month, geographical location, and the 10th percentile minimum ambient air temperature for the given region. Although rare, during sudden periods of extreme low temperatures (record lows), fuel stations may not be adequately prepared with No. 2 Diesel fuel with sufficient winterization to resist wax formation or ?gelling?.

011396202336042022-10-31. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. Contaminated or incorrect fuel can cause performance, drivability, and/or fuel delivery problems. Additional component replacement may be necessary to ensure that no contamination or debris remains after repair. Reasons for fuel contamination can include: water ingress in the fuel station?s holding tanks, errors made in fuel transport, or incorrect fuel has been dispensed into the vehicle.
011393201920822022-10-31. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. If, during winter months, the vehicle is used mainly for short trips, it is possible for an excessive amount of condensed water to collect in the rear muffler. When the condensed water level in the muffler reaches a certain point, it is possible for this water to run into the exhaust pipe and freeze overnight, preventing the engine from starting.
011380202434422022-10-31. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC. After recognizing that the boost pressure is too low or too high, the engine control module switches to emergency operation and the engine performance is reduced via the injected fuel quantity (?limp mode?).
011379202336032022-10-31. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. Contaminated or incorrect fuel can cause performance, drivability, and/or fuel delivery problems.
011376201826072022-10-31. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:ENGINE:ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECU/ECM). Contact resistance in the ECM wiring ? throttle valve.
011350203019222022-10-31. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING. A deformed oil seal behind the potentiometer (Figure 1) causes a linkage of the intake manifold flap adjustment to stick, which sets the DTCs.
011309201475382022-10-31. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. The use of contaminated gasoline or gasoline with a low content of deposit control additives may result in one or more conditions.
011300203029232022-10-31. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; POWER TRAIN. Moisture ingress due to inadequate internal sealing of some differential pressure sensors (G505) causes electronic failure of the sensors. Part analysis shows that this condition only affects parts that were produced on or before March 29, 2011.
001470203920612022-10-31. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT. High quality media files (video and sound) are now integrated into technical service bulletins on a case-by-case basis. Media files can now be viewed on any smartphone or tablet.
001349203357612022-10-31. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:ENGINE:OIL/LUBRICATION. Although the correct amount of oil was added to the engine during an oil change service, a check of the oil level shows that the oil level is not okay.
011496201826082022-09-26. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. Technical Service Bukketein.
