Headlight switch knob is pressed in. The switch functions correctly. The headlight switch knob was designed with a normal position and a pushed-in position. This is a deliberate design feature designed to avoid injuries in the event of a collision.

A warning may appear in the instrument cluster. DTCs may be present in the central electrics control module, J519 (address word 09). The connection for the high beam shutter is not connected in the affected headlight.
