When the driver uses the Bluetooth hands-free telephone system to make a call, the listener on the other end cannot clearly understand the driver. The driver?s voice sounds muffled, as if it is being heard from under water. The microphone seal is damaged during installation into the roof module.

Update Bulletin2017-11-08. Service bulletin. EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. Some vehicles may experience a limp home mode condition due to DPF soot accumulation which could cause the Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) to come on. This Update is in effect until removed. Procedure is valid only for vehicles that show the 23M6 code in the Elsa Campaign/Action Information screen on the day of repair. Vehicle must be within the Federal Emissions. Procedure must be performed within the allotted time frame stated in this Technical Service Bulletin. Procedure must be performed on applicable vehicles in dealer inventory prior to sale. Some vehicles may experience a limp home mode condition due to DPF soot accumulation which could cause the Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) to come on.
A001463 2033576-2017-11-08. Service bulletin. ENGINE; EQUIPMENT:OTHER:OWNERS/SERVICE/OTHER MANUAL. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 00 number 13-49 dated May 14, 2013. Although the correct amount of oil was added to the engine during an oil change service, a check of the oil level shows that the oil level is not okay. When an unapproved aftermarket speed-filling device is used to add oil to the engine, the increased oil flow rate may force oil into the intake manifold or combustion chamber, creating the potential for engine damage.

Various parts have been replaced under warranty for the condition noted above, but no issues were identified with these parts. Contact the Audi Technical Assistance Center (TAC) before replacing any parts. No changes to production have been made, as no issue has been identified.
