Service bulletins for the 2013 Audi A7
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| 37 14 47 2029027 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Customer may report transmission warning light is illuminated. In some cases, the vehicle will not move after being started and placed into gear. After key cycle, the vehicle drives without restriction. The DTCs are stored due to an issue with the transmission control module software. |
| 37 14 42 2029027 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:IGNITION; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM); ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE; POWER TRAIN. Customer may report transmission warning light is illuminated. In some cases, the vehicle will not move after being started and placed into gear. After key cycle, the vehicle drives without restriction. |
| 37 14 34 2028985 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:IGNITION; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE:SOFTWARE; UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL. Transmission warning may appear in instrument cluster. After ignition cycle, the warning message is no longer present. The fault occurs with ATF temperature below 60o C. Check for this temperature range in the extended environmental conditions of the diagnosis protocol. This TSB only applies if the ATF level is correct and there are no leaks. |
| 37 14 33 2029305 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; ENGINE; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE:SOFTWARE. Further transmission control module (TCM), J217 (address word 02), software calibration to improve shift concerns. |
| 37 14 30 2003658 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL (ESC):CONTROL MODULE:SOFTWARE; POWER TRAIN. This condition may be caused when the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal are depressed simultaneously. Drivers who drive with their left foot resting on the brake pedal are prone to experience this condition. With the introduction of Electronic Power Control (EPC) (no accelerator cable) to fuel injection systems, an engine RPM control feature has been incorporated into the engine electronic control system software. Customer states that the engine returns to idle speed of approximately 1,400 RPM although the accelerator is depressed, and/or the vehicle hesitates (lacks power on take-off). |
| 37 14 29 2029027 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:ENGINE:ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECU/ECM):SOFTWARE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM). Customer may report transmission warning light is illuminated. In some cases, the vehicle will not move after being started and placed into gear. After key cycle, the vehicle drives without restriction. The DTCs are stored due to an issue with the transmission control module software. |
| 37 14 22 2028985 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE; UNKNOWN OR OTHER; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM). The fault occurs with ATF temperature below 60° C. Check for this temperature range in the extended environmental conditions of the diagnosis protocol. This TSB only applies if the ATF level is correct and there are no leaks. |
| 37 13 99 2029027 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM); ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; POWER TRAIN; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE. The DTCs are stored due to an issue with the transmission control module software. Specific DFCCs are stored as a result of the following situations: - DTC P060A00 with DFCC 8692 can be logged when a driving mode (Drive or Reverse) is selected within one second of selecting Neutral, while the vehicle rolls at a speed less than 2 mph (such as when the vehicle is being maneuvered in or out of a parking spot). - DTC P060A00 with DFCC 8694 can be logged when the gear is quickly changed from Park to Neutral, due to a low diagnosis threshold. - DTC P060A00 with DFCC 12480 can be logged when the gear is changed using the Tiptronic function, due to a low diagnosis threshold. |

| 37 13 09 2028715 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:INTERNAL:GEARS. After a mechatronics, torque converter, or complete gearbox replacement, the clutches must be adapted to the new component. This requires a gradual move of the clutch linings toward the optimal operating points in the most diverse load conditions. As a result, sporadic driving power disruptions lasting for less than a second or reduced shift comfort are possible over the first 500 miles. This is normal, and these issues will decrease over time. The issues can also occur if the adaptation values of the gearbox were deleted. |
