Service bulletins for the 2013 Audi A6
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

2022-09-26. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. The use of contaminated gasoline or gasoline with a low content of deposit control additives may result in one or more conditions.
2022-08-01. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL. Beginning with MY2009, the filler necks of various TDI clean diesel vehicles were equipped with a misfueling guard (Figure 1). The guard minimizes the likelihood that fuel other than ultra-low sulfur diesel will be put into the vehicle. The misfueling guard is designed to remain in a locked position when a nozzle with a diameter typically suited for non-diesel fuels (approximately 13/16?, or 20.6mm) is inserted, to prevent further insertion of the nozzle into the filler neck. A nozzle with a larger diameter typically suited for diesel fuel (approximately 15/16?, or 23.8mm) will unlock the misfueling guard when inserted, allowing the nozzle to be further inserted into the filler neck.
2022-08-01. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. The NVLD pressure switch may erroneously detect a very small leak. New pressure sensors in production: ? For vehicles with a fuel tank pressure sensor, G400, and a fuel tank leak detection control module, J909, that are separate (two components): part numbers 8K0906253 and 8K0906253B supersede to 8K0906253D. ? For vehicles with a fuel tank pressure sensor, G400, and a fuel tank leak detection control module, J909, which are integrated (one component): part numbers 8K0906253A and 8K0906253C supersede to 8K0906253E.
2022-08-01. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. After the engine is switched off, the fuel system creates a natural vacuum as the fuel in the fuel tank cools off. If the natural vacuum leak detection (NVLD) system cannot detect this natural vacuum during the system self-test, the DTC will be stored in the ECM.
2022-08-01. Service bulletin. ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. A small amount of dry or crusted coolant is seen on the coolant pump housing (Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 3). The coolant level warning is not on. A minor coolant leak is possible during the break-in phase of the coolant seal on the coolant pump. The dry coolant marks are normal.
2022-08-01. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. The leak can be traced to the connection of the water pump and the hose leading to the heater core (Figure 1). The seal ring is not the cause of the leak.
2022-08-01. Service bulletin. FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE. The leak can be traced to the connection of the water pump and the hose leading to the heater core (Figure 1). The seal ring is not the cause of the leak.
