| 37 14 34 2028985 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:IGNITION; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE:SOFTWARE; UNKNOWN OR OTHER; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL. Transmission warning may appear in instrument cluster. After ignition cycle, the warning message is no longer present. The fault occurs with ATF temperature below 60o C. Check for this temperature range in the extended environmental conditions of the diagnosis protocol. This TSB only applies if the ATF level is correct and there are no leaks. |
| 37 14 30 2003658 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL (ESC):CONTROL MODULE:SOFTWARE; POWER TRAIN. This condition may be caused when the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal are depressed simultaneously. Drivers who drive with their left foot resting on the brake pedal are prone to experience this condition. With the introduction of Electronic Power Control (EPC) (no accelerator cable) to fuel injection systems, an engine RPM control feature has been incorporated into the engine electronic control system software. Customer states that the engine returns to idle speed of approximately 1,400 RPM although the accelerator is depressed, and/or the vehicle hesitates (lacks power on take-off). |
| 37 14 24 2037127 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM); ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE; POWER TRAIN; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. A jerky accelerator response is felt when the vehicle is pulled away from a stop in reverse. Incorrect calibration of clutch program. New software in the transmission control module (TCM), J217 (address word 02) addressed the condition. |
| 37 14 22 2028985 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE; UNKNOWN OR OTHER; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM). The fault occurs with ATF temperature below 60° C. Check for this temperature range in the extended environmental conditions of the diagnosis protocol. This TSB only applies if the ATF level is correct and there are no leaks. |
| 37 13 97 2028985 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM); UNKNOWN OR OTHER. The fault occurs with ATF temperature below 60o C. Check for this temperature range in the extended environmental conditions of the diagnosis protocol. This TSB only applies if the ATF level is correct and there are no leaks. |
| 37 13 80 2028985 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM); POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:TORQUE CONVERTER. DTC P074100 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance or Stuck Off is stored in TCM. Customer may report transmission warning lamp illuminated in instrument cluster. |
| 37 13 18 2034863 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM). There is a reaction between the TCM and the automatic transmission fluid (ATF) in vehicles within a specific VIN range. |
| 37 13 10 2034863 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN. There is a reaction between the TCM and the automatic transmission fluid (ATF) in vehicles within a specific VIN range. |
| 37 13 09 2028715 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:12V/24V/48V BATTERY; POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:INTERNAL:GEARS. After a mechatronics, torque converter, or complete gearbox replacement, the clutches must be adapted to the new component. This requires a gradual move of the clutch linings toward the optimal operating points in the most diverse load conditions. As a result, sporadic driving power disruptions lasting for less than a second or reduced shift comfort are possible over the first 500 miles. This is normal, and these issues will decrease over time. The issues can also occur if the adaptation values of the gearbox were deleted. |
| 37 13 07 2033658 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. SERVICE BRAKES. This condition may be caused when the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal are depressed simultaneously. Drivers who consciously or unconsciously drive with their left foot resting on the brake pedal are prone to experience this condition. With the introduction of Electronic Power Control (EPC) (no accelerator cable) to fuel injection systems, an engine RPM control feature has been incorporated into the engine electronic control system software. As a result, application of the brake and accelerator pedals at the same time (brake pedal with left foot and accelerator pedal with right foot) results in the following: ? Brake pedal function (normal at all times) overrides any throttle application. ? Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) will not be stored. ? When the brake pedal is applied while the accelerator is depressed, engine RPMs will return to idle speeds of 1400 RPMs after approximately two seconds. ? When the accelerator is applied while the brake pedal is depressed, the vehicle accelerates slower than usual (reduced engine torque). |
| 37 13 05 2030582 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:CONTROL MODULE (TCM/PCM/TECM). The entry is caused by an overly sensitive diagnosis in the transmission control module. |
