Service bulletins for the 2004 Audi A4
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| A691327 2010144- | 2017-10-31. Service bulletin. AIR BAGS:FRONTAL:SENSOR/CONTROL MODULE-INACTIVE; AIR BAGS. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 69 number 08-11 dated December 10, 2008. The airbag warning lamp is illuminated in the instrument cluster. DTCs are stored in the airbag control module. This condition may be caused by sporadic high resistance in the connector between the airbag and seat harness, even though the side airbag system is functioning normally. |
