AR8622018-11-19. Service bulletin. ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL:AUTOMATIC (ASC). AR862-Skid Plate Installation-Vehicles Affected-All Spirit of Liberty (SOL) units. Complaint-Skid plate not installed. Cause-Option not selected on Sales Order. Correction-Add skid plate, part # 1309080.
AR8382017-08-25. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION. AR837-FCCC Front Suspension Increase-Complaint-Customer complaint about front end contact with road. Cause-Design. Correction-Add plate under front air springs and change ride height linkage to increase front air spring height. Affects buses 2599 and 2578 2853.
AR8322017-08-10. Service bulletin. SUSPENSION. Weight Assembly For 29' Liberty-Complaint-Unit porpoises and sways under driving conditions. Cause-Not enough weight in front of axle to balance weight distribution. Correction-Add weight per AR832 repair instruction. Affects one bus, SO# 2599.
AR8292016-11-10. Service bulletin. PARKING BRAKE. COMPLAINT-CUSTOMER DOES NOT WANT THE E-BRAKE TO ACTIVATE WHEN THE ENTRY DOOR IS OPENED. CAUSE-ENGINEER DESIGN. CORRECTION-WITH RAMP DEPLOY OR KNEEL SWITCH ACTIVATION, INTERLOCK WILL APPLY E-BRAKE WHICH ALLOWS USE OF THE DOOR WITHOUT A LOCKING MECHANISM.
