NHTSA's summary

Some 2024-2026 Bronco vehicles may exhibit various TRM concerns when attempting first time installation of a dealer installed accessory TRM, including one or more of the following: TRM unable to be programmed -Trailer lights inoperative -DTC U2100 stored in the TRM. This may be due to any of the following conditions:-The incorrect trailer tow kit is being installed. The TRM is model year specific. Refer to the parts catalog using the VIN and base part number 15A416 for the vehicle specific trailer tow kit.-The "TRM - Trailer Module (TRM) Configuration" application being run instead of the "Towbar Configuration" application during first time TRM installation using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). Dealer installed accessory TRMs are preprogrammed and only the "Towbar Configuration" application should be run during first time TRM installation to configure the TRM properly and support proper function of trailer tow capabilities. Any attempts to program the TRM using the "TRM - Trailer Module (TRM) Configuration" application a

SSM 552402026-10-13. Service bulletin. Some 2021-2024 Bronco vehicles may exhibit an illuminated red brake warning indicator with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) C0049:01 stored in the anti-lock brake system (ABS) module. This may be due to pin fitment at the brake fluid level sensor connector. To resolve this concern, replace the brake fluid reservoir and replace the brake fluid level sensor electrical connector C1052 with service pigtail wiring kit 3U2Z-14S411-BXAB. For claiming, use causal part 2L210 and labor operations 2140A and 2219D45WR.
TSB 26-23802026-09-29. Service bulletin. This article supersedes TSB 25-2575 to update the Parts list to add the applicable body wiring harnesses and underbody shield bolts. Some vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit a "Sta-bar Disconnect Service Required" message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) with any of the following diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored in the chassis control module (CHCM): C103A, C1A99, C1B03, C1B07, C1B14 and/or B1A67. This may be due to water intrusion in the stabilizer bar wiring harness connector.

SSM 551182026-09-01. Service bulletin. Some of the following vehicles: * 2023-2025 F-Super Duty built on or before 02-Feb-2025 * 2024-2026 Ranger/Bronco/Mustang * 2024-2025 F-150 built on or before 15-Jul-2025 * 2024-2025 Nautilus built on or before 16-Feb-2025 * 2025 Explorer/Aviator built on or before 01-Feb-2025 may exhibit all of the following symptoms: - "No Key Detected" message displayed on the instrument panel cluster (IPC). - Key fob does not work in the backup slot. - Remote keyless entry (RKE) (lock and unlock from the key fob) functionality will work to lock/unlock the vehicle. If the vehicle exhibits these symptoms, start the vehicle using both key fobs. If the no crank/no start condition with "No Key Detected" concern is present, reprogram both key fobs and retest. If the no crank/no start condition with "No Key Detected" is still present, replace the body control module (BCM). Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 419-10. For claiming, use causal part 15604 and labor operation MT55118SSM up to 1.8 hours.
SSM 550792026-08-20. Service bulletin. Some 2025-2026 Bronco vehicles equipped with a 7 speaker audio system (minor feature code IDBAL) may exhibit diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) B128A:01, B128A:11, B128A:12, B128A:13, B1288:11, B1288:12 and/or B1238:17 stored in the audio front control module (ACM) with no customer facing symptoms related to those DTCs. Clear the DTCs and if the DTCs return with no customer facing symptoms, this condition may be due to the ACM software. Replacement of the ACM and/or speakers will not resolve this condition. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in Q4 2026. Continue to monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. If a vehicle exhibits this condition, enter the vehicle identification number (VIN) and click the "Submit Global Concern Report (GCR)" link at the upper right of the PTS "Vehicle ID" screen. Fill out the GCR form, referencing this article number in the report.

SSM 550312026-07-28. Service bulletin. Some 2021-2026 Ford/Lincoln vehicles may exhibit various symptoms including but not limited to the auto start/stop system not operating as intended with a "Check Charging System" message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) while the charging system is operating properly with no charging related diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) stored. This may be due to someone using an aftermarket programmer to change the body control module (BCM) configuration to disable the auto start/stop system or perform other unsupported programming modifications. To correct this condition on F-150 and Bronco vehicles, download and run the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) application titled "BCM-Charging System Configuration Correction". Running this application will determine if the BCM configuration was modified by the customer and if so, provide the option to return the configuration back to factory settings. For other vehicle models exhibiting concerns related to unsupported aftermarket BCM programming, submit a Technical Support Request (TSR) requesting support to revert the BCM configuration
SSM 550282026-07-28. Service bulletin. Some 2021-2024 Ford and Lincoln vehicles may exhibit an "Updating SYNC" message on the vehicle center display screen after an over the air (OTA) update. The message can be cleared from the center display screen and SYNC can be used normally, but it will re-appear at every subsequent ignition cycle. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a software update solution for this condition to be delivered OTA expected in late Q3 2026. Software will update automatically if vehicle connectivity is enabled in the vehicles settings. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information.
SSM 550442026-07-27. Service bulletin. Some 2025-2026 Bronco/Ranger vehicles may exhibit an illuminated powertrain malfunction (wrench) indicator with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) P2122, P2123, P2127, P2128, and/or P2138 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). The vehicle may or may not exhibit a perceived lack of power intermittently. This may be due to an issue with the following connectors associated with the accelerator pedal position (APP) sensor circuits: -C115B -C175B -C2040 Replacement of the accelerator pedal may not resolve this concern. Perform a wiggle test of the connectors while the engine is at normal operating temperature. Perform a visual inspection of the connectors as well as a terminal fit test using the appropriately sized flex probe. Repair as necessary. Refer to Wiring Diagram Cell 005. If no concerns are found, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 310-02 for normal diagnostics.
