A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

SSM 551312026-09-02. Service bulletin. Some 2025-2026 Aviator/Explorer/Expedition/F-150/Mustang Mach-E/Nautilus/Navigator vehicles may exhibit the hands-free BlueCruise feature intermittently/consistently unavailable when BlueCruise is active and when traveling in a "Blue Zone". Speed sign recognition may also be inaccurate. If there are no active relevant diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) present and the issue persists after multiple key cycles and if the BlueCruise System Health Check passes, download and run the "TCU - Reset Telematics Control Unit (TCU) Module" application using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). If the condition is resolved, inform customers that this may be a temporary fix and engineering is currently working on a solution expected in Q4 2026. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. For claiming, use causal 14G229 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4. If the condition persists after a test drive, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 419-03B for normal
SSM 550722026-08-25. Service bulletin. Some 2025-2026 Mustang vehicles equipped with a 5.0L or 2.3L engine and built on 15-Aug-2025 and through 01-Dec-2025 may exhibit various drivability symptoms and/or have diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) related to throttle/pedal position circuits. This may be caused by a spread terminal at the PCM connector. Inspect for loose fitting terminals at C1551B for 2.3L vehicles, and C175B on 5.0L vehicles. Refer to the appropriate Wiring Diagram Cells for circuit identification and wiring repair information. Wire terminal repair kit part DU2Z-14474-CA is recommended for this repair. Refer to Wiring Diagram, Cell 005 for repair procedures. For claiming, use causal part 14290 and labor operations 12651D, 12651D45 and 12651D45WR.

SSM 547532026-04-21. Service bulletin. Some 2026 F-150 vehicles equipped with a 3.5L EcoBoost engine and 2025-2026 F-150 Raptor vehicles equipped with a 5.2L or 3.5L engine may exhibit a lack of power while in transport mode and up to 1 hour after exiting transport mode. This may be due to the vehicles secure power mode feature. When active, this feature reduces the vehicles acceleration and limits the top speed to as low as 40 mph (65 km/h). This feature does not set a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) or display any on-screen messaging to alert the driver. Secure power mode automatically disables after exiting transport mode, waiting 1 hour, cycling the ignition status to key OFF for at least 1 minute, and then starting the vehicle. This feature does not affect vehicle durability, and no additional diagnostics or service is required for this condition. If the vehicle exhibits secure power mode symptoms that are described above, do not attempt to diagnose or submit a warranty claim for it. If these symptoms persist after exiting transport mode, waiting at least 1 hour, cycling the ignition status to key OFF for at least 1 minute, and starting
SSM 545212026-02-04. This may be due to these vehicles having a feature to limit power and top speed in transport mode. This feature automatically disables after exiting transport mode, waiting 1 hour, then cycling the ignition status to key OFF for at least 10 seconds and then starting the vehicle. Top speed may be limited to as low as 40 mph (65 km/h) and maximum acceleration is reduced. This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnostics or service is required for this condition. If this condition persists after exiting transport mode, waiting 1 hour and cycling the ignition, refer to the Workshop Manual for normal diagnostics.
SSM 538582025-06-02. Service bulletin. Some 2025 F-150 vehicles may exhibit an illuminated anti-lock brake system (ABS) warning indicator with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U3012:68 stored in the ABS module. The vehicle may also exhibit any of the following symptoms: a soft brake pedal following vehicle start-up, various brake system illuminated warning lamps and/or brake-related messages displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC).
