A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Some customers may complain that a rattling noise is heard from the second seat while driving under various vehicle speeds and road conditions. This is caused by the hinge cover of the second seat becoming deformed, resulting in looseness and a rattling noise. To eliminate this concern, the structure of the second seat hinge cover was revised to increase strength and prevent deformation. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Verify the customer concern. 2. Replace the armrest hinge cover with the improved part according to the procedure below.

09-001-262026-02-03. Service bulletin. There are wrinkles on the leather seat cushion and/or seat back surface at PDI, when new vehicle is delivered, or when new upholstery is installed under Warranty repair. NOTE: This repair is not a permanent fix, it is meant to make new seats look their best when the vehicle is first presented to the customer. Wrinkles may not be completely removed after the repair is completed. Leather is a natural material and may develop some wrinkles due to aging and wear during normal usage.
09-022-25b2025-10-03. Service bulletin. Some vehicles may exhibit a crack in the door side of the front seat cushion trim. This may be caused by the door-side surface of the cushion trim being folded and compressed when exiting the vehicle and by the surface of the cushion bolster being rubbed and stretched when entering the vehicle. Repeated occurrences of these conditions may result in a crack forming in the surface of the seat cushion trim. To eliminate this concern, the material of the door-side surface of the front seat cushion trim has been modified to improve tear strength and scratch resistance.

Some vehicles may experience the second-row seat (configured as captain chairs or 60/40 bench) not sliding with the walk-in lever operation, although it slides with the sliding lever. The link bracket (2) may interfere with the kick plate (1) while operating the recline function, causing the deformation of the link bracket and preventing it from pulling the cable properly to unlock the seat for sliding. To eliminate this concern, the thickness of the link bracket has been modified to prevent deformation and the shape of the kick plate has been modified to prevent the interference.
