The affected vehicles may exhibit a noise and/or a vibration, shudder, jerking, binding, or chattering while turning at low speeds (10MPH – 15MPH) located from the 4WD coupling caused by a decrease in the oil friction of the 4WD coupling due to continuous vehicle operation in harsh conditions (high/low ambient temperatures, long time/distance traveling).
