A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Some 2025-2026 Nautilus/Aviator/Navigator vehicles equipped with the Google Maps Navigation System (minor feature code HKCGA) may experience a blank/white Google map screen, inoperative live traffic data, inoperative voice assistant, the inability to sign into a Google account in the center touch screen, unable to access the Google Play Store in the center display screen, and/or the inability to connect to other apps in the center display screen. This may be due to the vehicles Connectivity Package not being activated. To verify if the vehicle has an active Connectivity Package (free or paid) enter the vehicle identification number (VIN) in Professional Technician System (PTS) then navigate to the upper blue tab titled Connected Vehicle > Vehicle Software Subscriptions. It will clearly state if the vehicle has a trial or paid subscription, along with the expiration date. The customer can check subscription status from the Connected Services tile located within The Lincoln App. These vehicles come with a free Connectivity Package that lasts for 4 years. SSM 552412026-10-13. Service bulletin. Some 2025-2027 Aviator vehicles may exhibit a "Door Fault Service Required", "Transmission Not In Park" and/or "Hill Start Assist Not Available" message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B1262:92 stored in multiple door latch control modules (DCME, DCMF, DCMG, and/or DCMH). DTC U0504 may also be stored in the gearshift module (GSM). This may be due to the software in the door latch control modules. To correct this condition, download and run the following applications using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool.<br /> "DCME - Door Control Module E (DCME) Software Update"<br /> "DCMF - Door Control Module F (DCMF) Software Update"<br /> "DCMG - Door Control Module G (DCMG) Software Update"<br /> "DCMH - Door Control Module H (DCMH) Software Update"<br /> For claiming use causal part 54219A65 and labor operation MT54219SSM up to 0.5 hours.
SSM 552202026-10-12. Service bulletin. Some 2024-2026 Nautilus and 2025-2026 Explorer/Aviator/Expedition/Navigator vehicles may experience Android Auto connection or general Bluetooth pairing concerns for both Android and IOS after an APIM software update. This may be due to the APIM software. To temporarily correct the issue:<br /><br /> * For Android Auto related issues: Clear Android Auto app storage in the center display screen. Vehicle Settings > Settings > Apps > Android Auto > Clear Storage. <br /> * For general Bluetooth connectivity issues: Clear Contacts Storage app storage in the center display screen. Vehicle Settings > Apps > Uncheck hide system apps > Contacts Storage > Clear Storage.<br /><br /> If the condition persists, perform a master reset from the center display screen, remove the vehicle from the phone, then re-pair the device.<br /><br /> If the condition continues to persist, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 415-00 for normal diagnostics and repair as necessary outside of this article.<br /><br /> If the condition is resolved, inform customers that engineering is currently working on a permanent solution

SSM 552082026-09-30. Service bulletin. Some 2024-2026 F-150, 2025 Explorer/Aviator, 2025-2026 Expedition/Navigator, or 2026 F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U211B:43:48 stored in the body control module (BCM) when performing a Self-Test. This DTC sets due to an internal BCM timing issue during the self-test process. This specific code has no customer impact and does not cause any drivability concerns or warning messages. Clearing DTC U211B:43:48, reprogramming the BCM, or replacing the BCM is unlikely to prevent this DTC from setting. This DTC does not trigger a condition covered under warranty. Note: This guidance only applies to U211B with the specific failure byte 43 in status 48. Any other trusted real-time operation network (TRON) DTCs or different failure bytes associated with U211B are still applicable and technicians must follow Workshop Manual (WSM) normal diagnostics for those DTCs.
SSM 551982026-09-30. Service bulletin. Some 2025-2027 Navigator vehicles equipped with multi-contour seats (minor feature code BYBAL) may exhibit a condition where the second-row seat does not return to the latched position (under power) after pressing the power return button (located on the outboard side of the seatback). To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). This may be caused by an occupant pulling the manual release strap. The manual release strap is intended to be used in emergency situations only where power seat operation is not available. Pulling the manual release strap disengages the seat pitch motor clutch. To correct the condition, the seat pitch motor clutch must re-engage with the seating system. Starting with the seat in the rearward position, press the power seat pitch button once and release it. While the seat is in motion, gently guide the headrest and seatback downward, moving the seat approximately halfway down toward the strikers (without

To correct the condition, download and run the "BCM - Programmable Module Installation (PMI)" application using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. If the condition persists after PMI, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 417-01 for normal diagnostics and repair as necessary outside of this article.
