Service bulletin SSM 52384
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Some 2024 F-150 vehicles may exhibit inoperative exterior mirror glass adjustment with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B1C09:11 and B1C10:11 in the driver's door module (DDM) or B1C11:11 and B1C12:11 in the passenger's door module (PDM). This may be due to module software logic responding to repetitive mirror switch input toggled up/down or left/right too quickly. As an interim action, DDM/PDM functionality will resume after a sleep/wake cycle of approximately 15 minutes with the doors locked and the key in the OFF position. Inoperative outside mirror glass adjustment with DTCs B1C09:11 and B1C10:11 in the DDM or B1C11:11 and B1C12:11 in the PDM does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and a solution for this condition is expected in Q3 2024. Replacement or reprogramming of the DDM/PDM will not resolve this condition. Monitor OASIS for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.

If the vehicle exhibits these symptoms, start the vehicle using both key fobs. If the no crank/no start condition with "No Key Detected" concern is present, reprogram both key fobs and retest. If the no crank/no start condition with "No Key Detected" is still present, replace the body control module (BCM). Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 419-10. | SSM 55093 | 2026-08-20. Service bulletin. Some 2021-2026 F-150 vehicles may exhibit a concern of the windshield wipers not parking in the correct position on the windshield and/or over-traveling. This may be due to incorrect alignment of the wiper pivot arm on the wiper linkage assembly. Wiper pivot arms may or may not be equipped with an alignment key. Alignment keys are a manufacturing aid and are not needed for proper alignment and operation. In some instances, it may be necessary to remove this alignment key to achieve proper alignment. Some 2021-2025 F-150 vehicles may exhibit an "Active Air Dam System Fault See Manual" warning message displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) and/or an AAD hanging/not retracting. This may be due to a broken AAD actuator to air dam bolt or bolts. If diagnostics lead to ADD actuator as the causal part, a new lower-level service bolt and u-nut are available. It is not necessary to replace the AAD actuator if only the bolt(s) are damaged. |

If the wallet card for an accessory keypad is not available, the "Wireless RF Keypad Diagnosis Guide" can be referenced and provides direction on how to retrieve the master code. This guide is located under the Workshop Manual tab > Accessories > Installation > Wireless RF Keypad Diagnosis Guide > PPT C > Step C2.

Note: The only available keypad for some vehicles from the assembly plant is the accessory wireless keyless entry keypad.
