Service bulletin PF-24-03

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

SA-061-262026-10-01. Service bulletin. DESCRIPTION Use this guide before ordering or replacing an AT component on applicable H3T vehicles. QUICK CHECKLIST BEFORE ORDERING Confirm the vehicle is a CX-90 (KK) or CX-70 (KJ) with H3T and is within the applicable market coverage. • In GEPC, identify the AT component part number for the vehicle. • Use the GEPC lookup tables below to determine whether the vehicle requires Table A or Table B parts. • Order the complete set of parts listed in the applicable table. DO NOT order the AT component by itself. • Check whether water hose removal is required for that GEPC part number. • Follow the applicable WSM repair procedure for AT component removal/installation, water hose removal, and oil hose/oil pipe installation in MGSS. • IMPORTANT: If only the AT component is ordered, required replacement parts will be missing, and the repair cannot be completed.

It is OK to release the vehicle back to the customer. REPAIR PROCEDURE None
MSP66 Warr b2026-05-05. Service campaign. 2024-2026 CX-90 and 2025-2026 CX-70 Engine Warning Light Illumination with DTC P0DAB CONDITION OF CONCERN On certain subject vehicles, the engine warning light may illuminate, and the vehicle may be limited to engine-only operation due to activation of the fail-safe mode. Motor assist, i-stop and motor regenerative functions may be disabled, although the vehicle is safe to drive. The DTC P0DAB (Cell voltage variation malfunction) may be stored. Causal factor: Improper software in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and - MHB in MDARS display - BECM (Battery Energy Control Module). OUTLINE OF REPAIR Reprogram the PCM and MHB with the Mazda Modular Diagnostic System (M-MDS), using Mazda Diagnostic And Repair Software (MDARS). Note: The TCM may or may not be reprogrammed, please see below for the claim type depending on whether the TCM was programmed or not programmed. All 2026MY vehicles do not require TCM programming. Older vehicles especially with recent software or campaign updates will already have the TCM at the latest software version and will not be programmed.
SA-029-262026-05-05. Service bulletin. This Service Alert supersedes the previously issued SA listed below: The changes are noted in Red. SA-011/24 02/12/24, 06/06/24, 07/29/24 DESCRIPTION Mazda has developed factory recommended scheduled maintenance services that support all major vehicle systems. Mazda recommends dealers follow the scheduled maintenance tables as cited in the vehicle-specific workshop manual or owner's manual. Services performed outside of Mazda's factory scheduled maintenance are not recommended. These services are unnecessary and create unneeded expenses for your customers. SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE Refer to the applicable Workshop Manual or Owner's Manual for vehicle -specific manufacturer scheduled maintenance. Workshop Manual - Refer to section 00-00 SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. Owner's Manual - Refer to section 8 Maintenance and Care. b. Note: Please refer to the information below outlining the services not included in Mazda's Factory Scheduled Maintenance: IMPORTANT: Recommending fluid flushes when not necessary can lead to customer confusion and dissatisfaction. Fluid flushing for preventive maintenance purposes is strongly discouraged, unless otherwise specified in a published procedure (Owner’s Manual, Workshop Manual, Technical Service Bulletin, etc.).
01-008-262026-05-03. Service bulletin. This bulletin supersedes the previously issued bulletin(s) listed below. The changes are noted in Red. 01-008/23 06/05/23 Some vehicles may exhibit rattling noises from the engine compartment and oil leakage from the drive belt auto tensioner. This may be caused by insufficient sealing at the drive belt auto tensioner damper when the auto tensioner fully operates under both high ambient temperature and high load conditions. To eliminate this concern, the shape of the drive belt auto tensioner damper has been changed. REPAIR PROCEDURE If the tensioner is found to be "No Good" after completing the Drive Belt Auto Tensioner Inspection, replace it with a modified part according to the instructions on MGSS online:
01-007-262026-05-03. Service bulletin. Some vehicles may exhibit the check engine light ON with DTC P2112 (Throttle valve actuator control motor current system: Characteristic malfunction). The DTC is stored when the engine is started at sub-zero ambient temperatures. To eliminate this concern, the PCM logic has been modified. REPAIR PROCEDURE Reprogram the PCM with the Mazda Modular Diagnostic System (M-MDS), using Mazda Diagnostic and Repair Software (MDARS). Refer to MDARS ECU Reprogramming Procedure.
01-003-26a2026-05-03. Service bulletin. This bulletin supersedes the previously issued bulletin(s) listed below. The changes are noted in Red text. 01-003/26 01/30/26 Some vehicles may exhibit a check engine light ON with DTC P20F8:00 stored. P20F8:00 - Swirl control circuit range/performance problem. In these cases, increasing temperature levels of the Swirl Control Valve (SCV) motor due to excessive actuation leads to duty limitation, causing poor opening􀀀angle response and resulting in a stuck judgment.
SA-011-262026-03-05. Service bulletin. Some vehicles may display some (or all) of the following symptoms: • Check engine light on with DTC P061B • Light increase in engine rpms during acceleration • Transmission will not shift past 4th gear • Various U codes (U0401 ABS, U0401, U0415 FSC, U0301, U0316 SBS/MRCC, U0442 TCM) may be set
SA-058-252026-01-03. Service bulletin. The 7G large platform utilizes a new 8-speed automatic transmission. Due to changes in the parking lock mechanism, which is now hydraulically operated, the neutral range in the transmission can only be achieved if the engine is running (or “Ready-On” for PHEV). With this design, there is no provision to manually engage neutral. This can cause challenges to dealers, customers, or towing providers when a vehicle cannot start and can't move, usually due to a discharged (dead) battery. In the event that a vehicle cannot be started or achieve “ready-on”, wheel dollies must be used to allow the vehicle to be rolled and moved. NOTE: The following procedure is for moving vehicle around the service shop and not for towing purposes. Please reference the owner's manual for towing instructions.
