Service bulletin SSM 52321
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Some 2024 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit a condition with condensation in the rear body mounted or decklid lamp assemblies that does not affect the function of the lamp. This condition is currently under investigation and replacement of the lamp assemblies may not resolve this condition. Parking the vehicle outside in the sun over several days or in a warm garage may help dissipate the condensation. Continue to monitor OASIS for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once a repair becomes available.

A recall listed here may apply to some of the same vehicles. Only the manufacturer can say whether it applies to one vehicle.
| SSM 55103 | 2026-09-01. Service bulletin. Some 2024-2026 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit an inoperative segment or individual light emitting diode (LED) in the rear mounted deck lid lamp assembly (part of the rear lamp assembly). To correct this condition, replacement of the finished assembly (13A565) is not required. To repair, replace the rear mounted deck lid lamp sub-assembly (13434) and transfer components from the original rear liftgate lamp. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 417-01 > Removal and Installation > Rear Lamp Assembly and perform Steps 9-11. |

| SSM 52365 | 2024-04-04. Service bulletin. 2024 Lincoln Nautilus non-Black Label vehicles are not equipped with upper ambient surface lamps on the rear interior door panels. This is not a misbuild condition and installation of ambient light panels is not a warrantable repair. Do not submit a claim for this condition. |
| SSM 52347 | 2024-03-20. Service bulletin. Some 2024 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit condensation in the rear body mounted or decklid lamp assemblies that does not affect the function of the lamp. This condensation may be due to extended overseas shipping in a high humidity environment and will clear on its own with no service necessary in most cases. A thin film of mist that forms and covers less than 50% of the inside of the lamp that clears is normal and may take as long as 48 hours to dissipate in dry weather conditions. Circular droplets that may appear but do not form a vertical drip are also normal and may take up to 1 week in dry weather conditions to fully dissipate. Condensation that does not clear after 1 week in dry weather conditions or that forms drip marks, streaks or a water puddle inside the lens is not normal and should be resolved with lamp replacement as necessary. Refer to Workshop Manual, Section 417-01 if lamp replacement is necessary. |
| SSM 52108 | 2023-12-11. Service bulletin. Some 2024 Nautilus full hybrid electric vehicles (FHEV) may exhibit diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B1465:08 and B1466:08 in the body control module B (BCMB) when a diagnostic self-test is performed. This may be due to the ambient lighting node not transmitting feedback information within a specified timeframe. Replacement or reprogramming of the BCMB will not resolve this condition. The history state DTC B1465:08 and B1466:08 should be ignored and no further service action is required if no other DTCs are present in the BCMB, the BCMB is configured correctly, no warning indicators are illuminated while the engine is running, and no symptoms present. |
