Service bulletin SSM 52108

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Some 2024 Nautilus full hybrid electric vehicles (FHEV) may exhibit diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B1465:08 and B1466:08 in the body control module B (BCMB) when a diagnostic self-test is performed. This may be due to the ambient lighting node not transmitting feedback information within a specified timeframe. Replacement or reprogramming of the BCMB will not resolve this condition. The history state DTC B1465:08 and B1466:08 should be ignored and no further service action is required if no other DTCs are present in the BCMB, the BCMB is configured correctly, no warning indicators are illuminated while the engine is running, and no symptoms present.
