NHTSA's summary

Some 2023 Bronco vehicles equipped with a B&O sound system and built on 28-Jul-2023 and through 29-Aug-2023 may experience an intermittent loss of audio from certain speakers. Function should return with a key cycle and the symptom may return within every 1-20 additional key cycles. This may be due to the software within the audio digital signal processing module (DSP). To correct the condition, reprogram the DSP module to the latest software level using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) diagnostic scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 18B849 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.

Other bulletins for the same vehicles and component
SSM 524762024-05-03. Service bulletin. All accessory stick-on keyless entry keypads come with a wallet card containing the master code. If the accessory keypad was factory installed, this card will be placed in the glove box and should be handed to the vehicles owner during initial delivery. Unlike the integrated (wired) factory keypad, the accessory keypad master code cannot be retrieved from the vehicle using a diagnostic scan tool. If the wallet card for an accessory keypad is lost, follow these steps to recover the code. Dealer Key Code access is granted through the Dealer Program Enrollment System (DPES); dealership management can authorize users. The authorized user must go to FMCDealer.com > Parts and Service > Parts Product Line Information > Keys/Entry Devices > Aftermarket Keyless Entry Keypad Code Access. Follow the instructions on the screen to obtain the master code for the accessory keypad.
TSB 24-20802024-04-03. Service bulletin. This article supersedes 23-2024 to update parts list to include rivets. Some 2021-2023 Bronco vehicles equipped with a factory soft top roof may exhibit a headliner that is detaching from the soft top material. This may be due to the factory installation process.
SSM 523282024-03-20. Service bulletin. Some 2021-2024 Bronco/F-150, 2023-2024 Escape/F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with SYNC 4 may experience a concern during accessory protocol interface module (APIM) programming where the vehicle's center display screen indicates USB Error. This may be due to a lack of memory space available to perform the APIM software update. If it is a memory concern, the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) will provide an option to delete the voice application. Re-enter the module programming and when prompted, do not select first option - SYNC Module (APIM) Software Update, select the second option - Delete Voice Application(s) From Module. Once deleted, run the SYNC Module (APIM) Software Update as directed, this will update the software and automatically reload the voice app. If the voice delete option is not available, continue with normal diagnostics in the Workshop Manual, Section 418.
TSB 24-20402024-03-07. Service bulletin. Some 2021-2024 Bronco vehicles may exhibit paint damage on the rear quarter panel due to contact with the soft top rear window. This may be due to a contact condition that can occur during extreme off-road driving between the soft top rear window and the rear quarter panel. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to modify the rear window.
TSB 24-20322024-03-07. Service bulletin. Some 2021-2023 Bronco vehicles built on or before 28-Feb-2023 may exhibit water entry into the rear trunk. This may be due to a lack of body seam sealer at the floor panel to trunk sheet metal joint. This repair procedure addresses water entry from underneath of the vehicle into the rear trunk area (jack storage compartment). This article does not apply if water is entering the vehicle from above the rear trunk area (such as from the roof, rear window etc.). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to apply seam sealer to the forward trunk to floor panel sheet metal joint.
TSB 24-20212024-02-06. Service bulletin. This article supersedes TSB 23-2213 to revise Figure 1, add 2024 vehicles and the part list. Some 2021-2024 Bronco vehicles may exhibit a whistle noise below the lower left windshield area at the bottom of the A-pillar. This may be due to a missed body sealer application at the factory.
TSB 23-23452023-11-21. Service bulletin. Some 2021-2023 Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with SYNC 4 may exhibit the navigation feature in the center display screen only displaying imperial (feet and miles) units and not being able to change to metric (meters and kilometers) units. This may be due to the software level of the SYNC module (APIM). To correct this condition, follow the Service Procedure to update the APIM to the latest software level via a coordinated flash. NOTE: The APIM software update that addresses the symptom listed in this article may have been sent via Ford Power-Up software updates delivered over-the-air (OTA) to connected vehicles that have automatic updates enabled through the center display screen. Enter the vehicle identification number (VIN) in Professional Technician System (PTS) and check the OTA Dashboard under the Connected Vehicle tab for OTA update history. If an update to the APIM has successfully completed recently and the customer is reporting the symptoms are no longer present, this article may not apply.

The software update that addresses the symptom will be sent via Ford Power-Up software updates delivered over-the-air (OTA) to connected vehicles that have automatic updates enabled through the center display screen.
SSM 519912023-11-03. Service bulletin. Some 2023 Bronco 3-door vehicles built on 01-Jul-2023 and through 25-Jul-2023 may encounter a whistle noise from the right side A-pillar area. Inspect the window run at the sail area (triangle) for any type of deformities and/or not sitting flush. This may be due to the inner belt moulding being too long and deforming the sail moulding, compare to the driver side if necessary.
