Service bulletin NotificationZD8
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
The coolant inlet tube fasteners on about 90,811 of the above vehicles may become loose and allow a coolant weep that may propagate into a drip. Loss of coolant can cause the engine to overheat and, if not addressed, can lead to engine failure.
