A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

09-027-262026-10-01. Service bulletin. DESCRIPTION Some CX-70 and CX-90 PHEV vehicles may fail to start (enter READY mode) in cold weather, but the vehicle can often be started successfully on the next attempt. This may occur when leakage current between connector terminals causes the MAIN Relay to be falsely detected as ON. As a result, the Battery ECU may incorrectly determine the relay status, preventing READY mode activation and resulting in a no-start condition. One or more of the following DTCs may be stored: P0AB9, U0100, U0110, and U0115 and multiple warning lights may also turn on. This is caused by corrosion of the connector terminals on the 3002-411 connector in the luggage compartment from water. To eliminate this concern, urethane has been added around the connector to help prevent water from reaching the connector terminals. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Verify the customer concern. 2. Diagnose and repair the vehicle according to the following steps. NOTE: The following procedure uses a heat shrink tube with solder. (1) Connect wire to wire with heat shrink tube. (2) Form a loop at the end of wire to create a passage for the other wire.

SA-041-262026-07-03. Service bulletin. This SA supersedes the previously issued SA(s) listed below. The changes are noted in Red. SA-061/25 12/17/25 DESCRIPTION If you encounter any type of electrical concern (e.g, dead battery, engine no start, DTC(s) stored...), interview the customer before proceeding with normal MGSS diagnosis by asking if any aftermarket devices have been installed. Aftermarket devices may be the cause of the electrical concern. Below are a few examples of unusual electrical concerns caused by aftermarket devices. Examples: 1. Devices connected to the DLC-2 (battery discharge/DTC stored) 2. Devices plugged into the 12V outlet 3. GPS tracking device (engine no start/battery discharge) 4. Dash cam (DTC stored) 5. Non-certified USB cable (Apple Carplay™/ Android Auto™ will not connect) 6. Over-sized wheels/tires (incorrect GPS location) 7. DTC C0023:14 8. Decorative trim and/or cover on the START/STOP ENGINE button Example 1: Some electrical devices connected to the DLC-2 connector by insurance or mobile phone companies may cause: Battery discharge. The device may disrupt the CAN system battery saver mode. • IDS/MMDS will not communicate with the vehicle due to poor DLC-2 connection. The aftermarket device may cause DLC-2 female terminals to spread open.
01-002-26a2026-07-03. Service bulletin. This bulletin supersedes the previously issued bulletin(s) listed below. The changes are noted in Red. 01-002/26 01/07/26 DESCRIPTION Some vehicles may exihibit a vibration in the accelerator pedal and steering wheel when accelerating during a sharp left-hand turn. An abnormal noise may also be heard from the footwell area. This may be caused by insufficient clearance between the engine mount stopper rubber and the engine mount bracket. Customer may state: Vehicle shudders/vibrates on left turns, most often when accelerating from a stop or entering a driveway. • They feel a pop or grind in the accelerator pedal when the vibration occurs. • They hear a rumbling or grinding noise, mainly from the right side, during the left-turn shudder. • NOTE: The condition does not occur at shallow steering angles or when the vehicle is stationary and the steering effort remains unchanged when the vibration and noise are present. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Verify the customer concern. NOTE: DO NOT use power tools in this procedure. Use hand tools only. 2. Disconnect the negative battery terminal using the procedure in [NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION]. 3. Remove the engine cover. b. Replace the stopper rubber (2) with a modified part.
MSP66 Warr b2026-05-05. Service campaign. 2024-2026 CX-90 and 2025-2026 CX-70 Engine Warning Light Illumination with DTC P0DAB CONDITION OF CONCERN On certain subject vehicles, the engine warning light may illuminate, and the vehicle may be limited to engine-only operation due to activation of the fail-safe mode. Motor assist, i-stop and motor regenerative functions may be disabled, although the vehicle is safe to drive. The DTC P0DAB (Cell voltage variation malfunction) may be stored. Causal factor: Improper software in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and - MHB in MDARS display - BECM (Battery Energy Control Module). OUTLINE OF REPAIR Reprogram the PCM and MHB with the Mazda Modular Diagnostic System (M-MDS), using Mazda Diagnostic And Repair Software (MDARS). Note: The TCM may or may not be reprogrammed, please see below for the claim type depending on whether the TCM was programmed or not programmed. All 2026MY vehicles do not require TCM programming. Older vehicles especially with recent software or campaign updates will already have the TCM at the latest software version and will not be programmed.
