Service bulletin SSM 51676
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Some 2023 Corsair vehicles may exhibit a continuous memory diagnostic trouble code (CMDTC) U0100 stored in the audio front control module (ACM) and/or instrument panel cluster (IPC) after a self test is performed with Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. If the vehicle does not exhibit any observable symptoms, these DTCs can be ignored. If any observable symptoms are present, refer to normal Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnostics.

| SSM 52179 | 2024-01-18. Service bulletin. Some 2023 Escape/Corsair vehicles built on or before 07-Sep-2023 may exhibit an intermittent no crank/no start condition with various lost communication diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored in various modules and multiple illuminated warning indicators such as: anti-lock brake system (ABS) warning indicator, parking brake (red) indicator, brake warning indicator, parking brake (yellow) warning indicator and/or parking brake (red) indicator and/or stability-traction control indicator displayed in the instrumental panel cluster (IPC). This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in February 2024.
