Service bulletin B010919
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| B131110 | 2024-09-29. Service bulletin. Only fuel nozzles with the recommended “specified” diameter for diesel engine passenger vehicles can beinserted into the filler neck. Most fuel stations have their diesel fuel pumps fitted with this recommendeddiameter fuel nozzle. However, if the vehicle’s filler-neck misfuelling protection system has been disabled, or the incorrectdiameter fuel nozzle has been installed on the diesel fuel pump, the vehicle’s diesel fuel system can becontaminated by filling the diesel engine vehicle with gasoline. If the diesel fuel system has been contaminated with gasoline, follow the repair guidelines below: |
| B011019 | 2024-07-02. Warranty extension. Component-Specific Extended Limited Warranty (ELW) Issues with the fuel supply module/level sensor assembly and its related components, the fuel doorcover pot (ejector and drive), the filler flap (door) itself and/or the emergency release mechanism arenot included under this extended warranty coverage. |
| B160123 | 2024-02-01. Service bulletin. A vehicle arrives at your center to be diagnosed for a micro-leak in the fuel evaporative (EVAP) system(NVLD natural vacuum leak detection). For this condition, the following fault is stored in the DME: 190302 - fuel tank ventilation and scavenging air system, micro-leak: leakage more than 0.5mm For: Model vehicles other that the ones listed above, or for EVAP faults related to a “large leak,” after confirming that the fuel filler cap is fitted properly, then, proceed to follow the corresponding test plan |
| B160623 | 2024-01-03. Service bulletin. Engine will crank but not start. There is no communication with the integrated fuel module (TFE) whendiagnosing with ISTA. The following two fault codes will be stored in the DME: 032B43 - Low fuel pressure system, electric fuel pump: pressure value too low CDA594 - Message (- 0x33E) missing, receiver DME, transmitter TFE |
| B160123 | 2023-07-24. Service bulletin. A vehicle arrives at your center to be diagnosed for a micro-leak in the fuel evaporative (EVAP) system (NVLD natural vacuum leak detection). For this condition, the following fault is stored in the DME: 190302 - fuel tank ventilation and scavenging air system, micro-leak: leakage more than 0.5 mm. |
| SIB170220 | 2022-10-17. Service bulletin. Symptom 1: There are traces of coolant leaking under the vehicle, or there is significant pressure released along with coolant loss when opening the low temperature cooling system reservoir (engine cold). The following fault code may also be stored in the DME: 20A201 - Charge air cooling system: Coolant pump protective function activated due to dry running Symptom 2*: The air conditioning may have low cooling output with the following fault stored in the IHKA: 80120A - Compressor: Shut down due to overpressure in refrigerant system. Symptom 2 is an additional symptom related to Symptom 1. Diagnose the IHKA fault with ISTA test plans if it is the only fault stored (if no DME faults are stored related to coolant loss, this bulletin repair does not apply). |
| SIB160222 | 2022-08-22. Service bulletin. The fuel gauge may indicate the incorrect fuel level (full and reserve). |
