NHTSA's summary

Some 2021-2022 F-150 vehicles built on or before 22-Mar-2022 at Dearborn Truck Plant or built on or before 11-May-2022 at Kansas City Assembly Plant and equipped with power tailgate release may exhibit a perceived inoperative power tailgate latch release function. This may be due to a change to the power tailgate release strategy after the body control module (BCM) has received a software update or the BCM has been replaced. When using the power tailgate release switch in the instrument panel, release switch on the tailgate, or the remote keyless entry (RKE) fob, the power tailgate release switch must be pressed 2 times (2x) within 3 seconds with the transmission in Park for the tailgate to release. If the power tailgate release is still inoperative, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-14 for normal diagnostics.

SSM 522152024-02-06. Service bulletin. Some 2022 F-150 Lightning vehicles equipped with a 15 inch center display screen (minor feature code HJGAY) may exhibit a 360 degree camera view that is smaller than the vehicle's center display screen. To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). This may be due to a recent update to the image processing module A (IPMA). To correct this condition, run the APIM - 360 camera view display configuration application using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 14G647 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
TSB 23-24162024-01-05. Service bulletin. Some 2021 F-150 vehicles not equipped with a 360 camera system (minor feature code J3KAB, found by double-clicking the top left vehicle identification number (VIN) on OASIS) may exhibit an inoperative rear camera on demand feature when the rear camera button is pressed. This may be due to the software level of the SYNC module (APIM). To correct this condition, follow the Service Procedure to update the APIM via a coordinated flash along with image processing module A (IPMA) and instrument panel cluster (IPC) to the latest software level.
