A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Motor Generator Unit Engineering is looking to avoid unnecessary part replacements for Motor Generator Unit (MGU) underhood whining noise and P1C64 faults. When replacing the MGU for a bearing noise, connect the scan tool to the vehicle and create a scan report to include with the claim prior to replacement of the MGU. See SOL case S2208000009 for added details. Please check Service Library for available TSBs for your concern. Follow current Service Procedures for each complaint, but call Engineering before removing MGU to gather further information. Contacts: FCA Redacted Content If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.

91008392026-06-18. Service bulletin. 3-way valves are available in STAR Parts as two distinct components and must be selected correctly based on application. The High Temp 3-way valve (68309834AC) is located between the engine and the bulkhead at the rear of the engine compartment. The Low Temp 3-way valve (68448241AA) is located between the engine and the radiator at the front of the engine. When ordering or servicing, ensure the correct valve is identified and installed in the proper location, as incorrect part selection may lead to improper thermal system operation and repeat repairs.
