Service bulletin SA-010-22

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Some customers may experience the 12V battery under the hood is discharged and the vehicle will not turn on. This can be caused by frequently opening and closing the doors (which will wake modules up and cause a drain on the 12V battery) or leaving the vehicle in the Accessory or Power On mode. The Power button has 4 positions (modes).
