Service bulletin TSB 21-2369

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Some 2021 Mustang Mach-E vehicles built on or before 15-Feb-2021 may exhibit a wind noise turbulence noise at the top of the windshield when travelling above 45 mph (72 km/h). This may be due to the underflush condition of the windshield to glass roof at the top header area being greater than maximum spec of 4.4 mm. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to install the weather strip/moulding.
