Service bulletin SB72-40
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
On Cascadia vehicles built from November 25, 2013, the drain holes at the bottom of the cab doors were enlarged to improve drainage during the e-coat process in the manufacturing plant. The larger holes allow more cold air to flow through the doors, most noticeably in extreme cold conditions.

| SB60-155 | 2019-12-20. Service bulletin. Service Bulletin for Water Leak at the Top of a Cab Door, Cascadia Day Cab with FE13 Roof Fairing. Some Cascadia day cabs with FE13 roof fairings may be more susceptible to water intrusion into the cab at the top of the cab door due to the way the air flows around the FE13 fairing. Water is pushed past the door seals while the vehicle is in motion, possibly resulting in water intrusion. |
