Service bulletin ITB15024
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
SERVICE INFORMATION After ECM reprogramming, the Calibration Verification Number (CVN) needs to be automatically calculated prior to State emissions testing (also known as Inspection Maintainence, I/M, or SMOG testing depending upon location). Allowing the vehicle to idle for 22 minutes will allow for faster CVN calculation. It is recommended that customers utilize this method if the vehicle needs to be tested for emissions soon after ECM reprogramming. See this bulletin for further detail.

| ITB11011A | 2021-05-10. Service bulletin. SERVICE INFORMATION For QX60 Hybrid Vehicles, go to page 4. Q50, Q70, and M35 Hybrid Vehicles The internal combustion (IC) engine in the Q50, Q70, and M35 Hybrid vehicles is started using a high voltage motor that is integrated into the transmission. The high voltage motor gets its power from the high voltage Lithium-Ion (Li-ion) battery that is mounted between the trunk room and the rear seat. The Li-ion battery cannot be recharged using an external battery charger; therefore it is very important that the battery state of charge (SOC) is properly maintained during extended storage periods. Action must to be taken in order to prevent excessive discharge of the high voltage Li-ion battery during an extended storage period. If the reserve capacity of the Li-ion battery is not sufficient, the hybrid system cannot be started. Perform the Battery Discharge Prevention During Extended Storage procedure in this bulletin once a month (every 30 days). NOTE: A discharged high voltage Li-ion battery is not a warrantable issue. See this bulletin for further detail. |
| ITB13054D | 2021-05-10. Service bulletin. IF YOU CONFIRM: The MIL is ON with DTC P0101 and/or P010B (MAF SEN/CIRCUIT-B1/B2) and there are no drivability issues. ACTION: 1. Refer to step 6 in the SERVICE PROCEDURE to confirm this bulletin applies to the vehicle you are working on. 2. If this bulletin applies, reprogram the ECM. NOTE: If this bulletin does apply (the ECM needs to be reprogrammed), do NOT replace the mass air flow sensor(s). See this bulletin for further detail. |
| ITB14056 | 2021-05-10. Service bulletin. SERVICE INFORMATION Starting with 2010 Model Year, Infiniti vehicles have been gradually incorporating a new type of DTC known as Permanent DTC or P-DTC. If a vehicle is equipped with P-DTCs, all emission related DTCs will also set a P-DTC if the MIL is turned ON. A listing of which DTCs that will also set a P-DTC is found in the DTC Index in the EC-Engine Control section of the Electronic Service Manual (ESM). If a DTC repair is performed and the DTC erased, a vehicle may fail an Emission Inspection and Maintenance test if the P-DTC is not also erased. See this bulletin for further detail. |
| ITB14053 | 2021-05-10. Service bulletin. SERVICE INFORMATION A two-piece design front engine mount is currently being used for the applied vehicles listed. A single thunk noise may be heard on the first acceleration of the day from this type of mount and is considered normal operation. The mount has also been designed with built in free-play that is normal. Under normal driving conditions: * A "thunk" noise may be heard on the first acceleration of the day. And * Does not occur again, or at any other time. DO NOT REPLACE THE MOUNT: * If it has free play or a "single event" thunk sound on the first acceleration of the day. This is considered a normal characteristic of this type of engine mount. * If a shift shock condition is present when shifting from park into gear or between any combination of gears. This condition is due to transmissions line pressures and not movement of the mount. NOTE: Refer to the Electronic Service Manual section TM - Transaxle & Transmission for further diagnostic information on shift shock. See this bulletin for further details. |
